My Moo MiniCards arrived!

Yesterday I received my Moo MiniCards to promote Psychic Valentines™, just in time for a housewarming party I was going to, where I started passing them out. Actually, the first MiniCard went to the lady at the flower shop where I bought some flowers to bring to the housewarming party.

Each card is a free Psychic Valentine™. People can redeem it for themselves or fill out the back and give it to somebody else. I will be passing them out all over San Francisco, and some friends are helping me in other cities.

New business cards!

My new business cards arrived yesterday. They have rounded corners! I think they turned out very nice and shiny. I ordered them from overnightprints.com.

Psychic Valentines™ are back!

I invented them last year, and now they're back, reinvented and a lot cheaper: Psychic Valentines™. Please send them to all your friends, especially if you have friends who work for magazines because one of my dreams is for a magazine to write a little blurb about Psychic Valentines™.

Glitter pencil bath: A self-love ritual

This ritual is inspired by a scene in the movie What the Bleep Do We Know. I did it this morning to ring in the new year on a self-loving note.

Here is what you do.
  1. Find a soft colorful eye pencil in your favorite color, the more vibrant and glittery the better.

  2. Strip down naked or to your underwear.

  3. Draw a hot bubble bath with a scent/flavor that makes you feel that the whole world is okay.

  4. While the bath is drawing, draw on your skin with the pencil. Draw hearts or stars or flowers or any other shapes and symbols that make you feel good. Write messages to yourself, such as "You are beautiful" or "I love you" or "You rock" or anything else that makes you feel loved.

  5. When the bath is ready, get in it and stay in it until the glitter pencil drawings have come off.

  6. Notice how different your energy is!
